Hudson Valley Exposed

Welcome to Hudson Valley Exposed!

I’m Jackie Ramirez, creator of Hudson Valley Exposed. I’m so happy to have you as part of our community of Hudson Valley Explorers & Creators.

I believe that it is important to make memories no matter where you are and no matter what you’re doing. Even something as simple as going to your local park or farmers’ market can turn into an adventure and can create memories that will last a lifetime.

My mission in creating HVE is to assist you in exploring all things in the Hudson Valley: familiar places, new places and those hidden gems that make this a very unique place to live and/or visit. Whether I find my next adventure in one of the Hudson Valley’s bustling cities or in a tiny village/hamlet, I want to share everything I see and experience with you all.

If it’s your first time here, then WELCOME!!! I’m so happy to have you here.  I know that with so many choices on the blog, it can be overwhelming, so I’ve created this page, to get you started.

Step One: Get to know me

I want to let you in on a little secret: I once struggled to find new things to do in the Hudson Valley. I was often visiting the same places and felt overwhelmed when researching new places that I would end up just staying home. And that’s why ‘Hudson Valley Exposed was created. It started because I had a need and a desire to explore and do amazing things within the area where I have lived my whole life. Imagine that?!?!

Step Three: Love the Hudson Valley as much as I do

Fun fact:

National Geographic has named the Hudson Valley as one of the Top 20 places to visit in the world.

For me, the beauty of the Hudson Valley is truly unique and magical. I am always surprised with each outing I take and each adventure I go on. The people, nature, culture and history, in this area, are one-of-a-kind. I feel so blessed to have been born and raised in such a wonderful part of the United States. I am never bored and I’m always excited to find new places to explore.

Step Four: Choose where you’d like to explore:
